Yeah you are right lots of money involved. The one job last year i calculated they paid almost half a million just for rocks and transportation of the rocks, then they had to pay the landscape company to build the landscape . unvelieveable how much money gets tossed around up there. I wish i could get some pictures , there is some really cool places being built that are probably north of 20 million . but its one of those neighborhoods i have to have security clearence to get into and they dont like pictures .

 

I seem to remember CARB setting up an inspection in the scale yard at Dunsmuir some years ago and they had 2 or 3 inspectors working full out for 10 hours per day for 3 or 4 days. I as lucky that I had a stock 12.7@500hp just installed and not "warmed up" yet.

Honestly my biggest fear when my young feller started driving. That's why he ended up with a reg cab pickup.
We get to do it all over again when my daughter starts driving next year.
We were camping all weekend. It's what we do on Thanksgiving. Full on turkey dinner in the bush. Perfection.

 

Gentlemen, I believe that I have lived too long. I am a dinosaur. I don’t see anything great or heroic about taking a Johnson in the mouth or a beef injection. But now, Superman is bisexual. Complete with pickle breath. You guys think it’s a great thing, but I sure as hell don’t.

Sadly i don't think it's the only comic like that. I know one of the other comics like that. Connected to captain america??? Same deal

 

Money has been flowing in Montana for some time. Hauled several loads into the Big Sky area. Mostly infrastructure stuff. Water, sewer, gas pipe. Power line. Fair amount of construction supplies. There is some sort of “Club House” hauled in a bunch of reclaimed lumber for that.
To deliver, you had to go to a stage area, check in with security, then they would call for you to come up, second check in with another security point. Don’t know if true, was told house lots started at a million dollars. That was not even an acre.

 

Hanging out in a hotel tonight in Umatilla.
Getting a new 5th wheel and slider put on. Plus a new mirror. To replace the destroyed one. Ugh

 

This is why i opted out of pop culture a very long time ago. Not for me thanks. Which is another reason I dislike people. You ever try to hold a conversation with someone that doesn't involve pop culture? Good luck. I can care less what new song came out or what celebrity is banging who. I have a life of my own. I don't need to pay attention to that of other's. Another reason I really don't talk to many women. All they want to talk about is gossip and most guys about sports. When I'm home, I'm busy living my life and doing the things other's are reading about online. I honestly didn't know superman was still a thing. Have fun with that......lol
