This was an LTL outfit.

 

You are correct, he was parked in the lines right next to the no parking sign that you see underneath the pole....lol. however, if he didn't park there, somebody else would have. Not saying it's right or wrong, just the way it is. Thank goodness he was there though.....for my sake. I agree, I despise truck stops. I needed fuel and a shower and by the time I got out, I didn't feel like going anywhere. I'm just starting to really despise what this industry has become. A complete lack of respect and decency all around.
