Well, gotta call kw tomorrow. The wheels seals they put in are leaking. I think the new steering box is trash. I ran out of adjustment on the screw and there is still alot of play. I had a weird shake in my rear end, thought it was a u-joint. So I checked them all and I found play in my rear, rear end. Not sure if it a loose yoke or input bearings. I just found out that I don't have a large enough socket to check. Biggest I have is 2" and that ain't it...lol. I have no idea where I'm going to get a socket that big from around here. @RGN , you know a place I can buy big sockets around here? Have to take it in for the seals, so might have kw check the yoke and Steering box aswell. I just hate spending money....ugh. maybe I'll sell this one at an inflated price and buy a new one at an inflated price....lol

Haven't been out that way for 4 years but there are 2 that I remember, both between Banff and Lake Louise

Banff National Park was one of the first in the world to try the wildlife crossings. The Canadian park started the project in 1996, and they now have 44 crossings — 38 underpasses and six overpasses.

Banff officials report that as of 2012, eleven species of large mammals have been recorded using wildlife crossings. Including grizzly and black bears, wolves, coyotes, cougars, moose, elk, deer, bighorn sheep, and more recently wolverine and lynx. The park says they crossings were used 150,000 times between 1996 and 2012.
I had heard they were doing another set but this confirms it

any chance we can toll them? Should only 489 years at $3 per trip …..

just being cynical - probably a decent use of Canadian taxes.

Right on. I still don't remember those. However, I'm on my bike, so my head is always on swivel. So I prolly wouldn't notice an overpass.....lol. however, that is exactly what Nevada's look like. Idaho has tunnels. I don't know who's bright idea that was.

Banff has underpasses too but they kept them very short, I think they are 6 feet max from the pavement edge.

That's kinda what ours looks like. However, they are so overgrown with vegetation, its like a jungle around them. So you can't see all the way through. It's a cf. Idaho roads and ditches are in horrible shape. I did a brief stint with itd, and 3/4 of the culverts in my road section where collapsed.

Sockets & such are one of the things now "out of stock not available". Try NAPA. If I have the socket you need you are welcome to use it & 1" torque wrench if you need. What size you need? Hopefully what you need isn't in the storage unit, I'm still not totally moved in to the workshop.
