Where is everyone #5

I'm the same way. I had FB for years. Then I realized what it was doing to me. If I need to talk to someone, I pick up the phone. FB is a huge time suck and not worth it to me. I got rid of it about 5 years ago. The market place is nice and I do the same as you, ask the wife. Because no woman is getting rid of social anything.

 

There is something I have never done. I have been offered local work by a couple of tree farms, but I've turned it down and they are pretty hard up. Do you have to throw a mesh tarp? If so, how much and how big. You like doing trees?

 

I like the first, bit they lost me after that.

 

Fighting an uphill battle with this new stove. Steep learning curve. Between the new which is catalytic (which I've never had before) and the energy logs (which I've never used before). Getting those dang logs lit and stay lit is a frigging mystery. they are so dense, it's hard to get them going. Then when I do, I pretty much smother them out pretty quick. Ugh...I suck.

That's what happened most times with us trying to burn coal. Either way way too hot and you have to close off the damper and run all the hot water in the house Lol. Or the most common was it not catching

 

The 1st one was the best. Rocco splattering the cat against the wall. "Is it dead" Lol

 

Well, that makes me glad I don't goto commiefornia. Looks like I'm still not missing out, but......good on you bro.
