I had heard good things on the isx 12. Was going to get a 384 that had one in it and a 13 speed but it sold before I could get to it.

Ran a c13 acert in a 386 pulling a van and it was an absolute dog with more than 15k in the wagon. C12s on the other hand I've heard really come alive with a manifold and a tune

@bzinger has a modded X-15 in his that seems to be serving him well. Just don’t disclose any technical details here.

With the fleet of ISX 12s at Schlumberger we hardly ever had emission issues and those trucks never got shut off. Strange, you'd think idling them all the time they would have some issues.

The back roads of WV at 100k gross with a frac pump was brutal with the C13s Lol.

I think alittle better each day. Avoiding hospital so far. But I can't hardly do anything. I had to lay down from eating. Just walking down the hallways to use the restroom I have to lay down afterwards. Temp is appearing to stabilize.

I hope not. I have a old school Dr. He's not very fond of the vaccine, but thinks anyone who wants to try that stuff is a moron.

The x15 is supposed to have the issues of the isx 15 all worked out. I can't afford one yet but one day if a nice used truck has one in it I'd consider it.

Looks like a slow and steady recovery in your future. I know it's different for everybody. You'll be OK. Glad to hear the fever is stabilizing. That should keep you out of the hospital though, screw that place! I wish you well brother. If you need anything, don't hesitate.

Shoot, the way truck prices are.....
1990s through 2015 all the same price for the most part.

Edit: that is why I'm trying to step up in truck. I can get a fair price for mine, the cost to step up to a 15ish year newer truck makes sense. I just need to figure out what I want. I dont want to trade in one set of problems for another.
