Sorry, I should have said engine temperature.

Yeah, it's pressure and heat that make combustion, and isn't the compression higher on the newer engine models?

But then, the best, most consistent truck I ever had was a 99 FLD with a Detroit 60, 8 mpg all day long everywhere. My T680 I consider it a good day if she gets 7.4, so I'm not sure about the efficiency aspect.

How deep into a discussion on combustion temps, engine efficiency and emissions do you want to get? It can get pretty complicated quick.

I get a kick out of you guys....want to analyze ever aspect of this truck and that.

If ya get in and drive and keep the left door closed......and keep a pile in the bank they all make money.

The truck don't make the money.... The monkey behind the wheel does that.

I'm going to Nebraska the next couple days......ain't great and gonna be pushin' hours. Direct freight for a young Amish fella we know. I didn't haul it there but I'm gonna haul it back...the guys that took it there won't haul it back.

I remember back when I started out and I was pulling into the mill....I had been hauling grain and ya swing out of the scale to make the corner....well at the mill they had them concrete polls at the end of the scale. I mashed up my muffler shroud.

I was coming back from up north thru this little one horse town and there was a couple drivers talking on the radio and seen me going thru with my smashed up muffler....."he'll be broke next week".

Them fellas didn't have a clue the numbers I was pullin'...I was to busy to stop and fix what wasn't hurting a dang thing.

I sure ain't rich but I've done well running my old junk....I'll keep running it till they say I can't.

Ran quite a few mp8 with mDrives with chicken feed and end dump. They never seemed to have any issues. The one in the end dump was a 505hp and it would #### and git

    Ouí

Low nox tune is 217 I believe. Regular is 205(?)
