I drove a brand new Peterbilt 4 axle straight truck and iron trailer from Crane Works in Houston to WV. The worst turning set up I ever drove. Had an older similar set up at Weatherford. It was painful watching some guys drive that in WV mountains lol.

I actually would like to incorporate it into my company, couldn’t do 2 story really, but could set rafters on single floor plans along with other things…

Some areas still do lol. Most don’t know what that is all about, course wouldn’t do them any good to have it explained either…., when you don’t run a CB ;)

R&L Drilling bought this S series brand new in 1985, we mounted a this Hiab brand knuckle on it. Great for being in low clearance areas or jibbing out to set a drill or drill steel close to a door with a overhang. Really nice working in hospitals and courthouses and the such…. 5E86EED0-360B-4927-B7DA-E9BFD5546A43.jpeg

Yeah, because you were polishing between jobs. We would literally polish for days or weeks on end....no joke.....by hand!
Most frac companies would let you cab up when therr was nothing to do or the weather was crap......not liberty. They better not see you sitting idle for one second.

Out of all the company's out there i saw they had the cleanest trucks. Wonder if they hire o/o to pull boxes? A lot of the owner ops pulling sand box boxes looked pretty ratty like it doesn't pay much
