Hey @clausland , think I finally got the stove figured out. These logs are so dense,, they burn very strangely. They really just kinda want to smolder....more than burn..
I do like the new stove though.....pretty nice.

Sounds like it. I'd like to find a couple of 'em and try 'em out myself. Almost got the firewood done for the winter, one more load to get outta the woodlot before I can't get back in there. I'm waaay behind this year, just too much goin on & not enough time.
