    Saturday morning, I hit the deadlifts, power cleans and shrugs. Deadlifts feel good. It feels awesome to pull that weight off the floor. Today, 0900, is another leg day.

    My neighbor made Rhubarb Gin this year, it seems to be a fairly aggressive therapeutic treatment. I know it attacks brain cells with enthusiasm. Also a very good parts de-greaser and wasp nest killer.
