The replacement squirrel cage used to be about $35. If that one is hard to clean check Napa with the size, direction of rotation and part numbers off it.

Good deal kicking that off the wagon today.!

Wasn't quite as fortunate, N. Ridgeville OH told me they call it a day at 3pm so my 4pm arrival was out of the question! "Someone should be around by 8am to help you out".. lol Ok then..

Was a pleasure jaw'n with ya for a few mins. I better mind my P's & Q's in this thing. You're the 3rd one to spot the stinky pinky in the wild & only put about 6k miles on her.. lol :D

Going to order one. Never understood why they don't come with them.

    Thank ya sir

500/1850 paccar, 13 spd, don't remember the rears off hand, 11r24.5s and disc brakes all around, 3/4 lockers.

I attempted to take the cage off the motor and it didn't want to budge and I didn't want to gorilla it and break something. The aftermarket makes a high dollar higher flowing replacement but we might have to wait on that if this one ends up getting clean enough.

Black to black and orange to blue might not be the way its supposed to be hooked up. When I put it together I'll test the output before I finish it up and see if maybe it's something else not giving me full power to the fan. On the bench with the battery charger it blew nice and hard, hooked it up backwards and I had the same hum sound that I could hear in the truck with low air flow.

    Thanks cowpoke

Shooot.....could've opened up a whole new can of worms and picked up someone else's problems or could've gotten one that's not going to cost me a dime for a good long while. Still nervous as this one was quite a bit more than the old one.
