When my wife cooks when I'm not home, she puts my portion in a tin and freezes it. Then all those tins go in my freezer. I pull out a handful a day and put them in the fridge. Then i pull them out as needed and heat them up. I also have burger meat and stuff with me.

Well, almost, but at least one out of how many wins the lottery. Question is, do you feel lucky..

Apparently, not yet....on all fronts there. :(
I have yet to find good restaurants. Usually, Mexican restaurants tend to be a safe bet though.....in general.
Every time I walk into a parts place or a home depot, I just assume I know more than the guy I'm talking to. The exception to that was the hardware store where I used to live. It is owned by a decent Mennonite family and they hire retired contractors. It was a great place to go. Because the guys actually knew more than me on the subject and gave great advise. I have yet to find a decent mechanic. Not holding my breath either.

That's so true, it's sad. It seems to me that when prices go up , quality and service go down. I'm not sure what I will do when my mechanic retires. He's pushing 70 now.

Don't be fooled, some of those guys are slow. And if its worn out slider tarp it takes 2-3 guys to get it closed. I've beat more than a few with a side kit and multiple skidded and stand up coils. Also had guys run around me making you wonder if they chained. My loads are almost never the same.

Been working in the shop getting lettering of the Smurf truck. The new air dryer for my truck showed up at parts house 30 miles away. Only took a week for a Reman Bendix AD9. Came back and put that and new gov. on Karen in the lot. Since it was a decent day. Other odds and ends. Strangely enough I have felt like garbage for the last 2 days. So while you guys are trucking, I'm pretending. Hope to be rolling beginning of week. I'm just eatting like I am.

I meant to add a warning. With winter here everyone check the bottoms of your fuel tanks for water, service your air system if due. Drain tanks and give them brake clevis pins a turn and shot of grease. Might save you troubles.

I'm gonna ask Santa for one now after your reviews. That is handy and I allways screw up fish in a skillet.

@Czar_Zero here's the old pedal with the stock sensor setting on it. Stock pedal is held in by 2 screws into the firewall.
