Taking a vacation to go pick up a secret weapon in Arizona and visit family and friends. Picked this up in Chicago and picked up the wife. Stoped in Oklahoma City last night and had salad at Cracker Barrel.
Currently in Moniary, NM eating in lunch. Hope to be parked in Gallup tonight before the sun sets.

Me and the neighbor have put dry rub on them, smoked about a hour. 2 trips through egg wash and bread crumbs. Finish in the deep fryer. Add sauce if you like. Good without. Pair with the smoked Mac and cheese.
