They fix the pot holes to China in the truck parking yet?

 

Truck parking is blocked off. That lot is for sale. Gotta park in the Hotel parking lot.

 

Probably best. Been a terrible lot for 20 years. That place was a hot mess when bars close at 2am. I haven't stop in 2 years maybe.

PG Adams is not far from me, but with the current inflated steel prices, I think the $5-9k may be wishful thinking, hope I'm wrong though. Roger that on the shop space, wish I had it..

 

This truck situation has got me going in circles. It's going to come a time that this truck is going to need work. Still cheaper than a new one......of course. Just not sure on how much I want to sink into it when I can get decent money for it. However, every time I look at newer trucks I cringe at all the expense. Most of which I won't be able to do. Seems like no matter what truck it is...they all have fairly costly problems. I would love a new truck, but dont want all the headaches that come with. Then there are the guys who just buy new every 4 years or so and maybe thats the way to go. Not that it's an option now though. I love my old trucks. I love the angles, the noise.....everything that makes them a truck. These new ones are more rv than truck and I'm not sure if I want any part of that. However, at the end of the day.....it's a business and I'm trying to keep that in mind and not let emotion run rampant.
