I will agree to slavery reparations, but only to actual slaves. Otherwise you will have to return Manhattan to the Lenape.

Wow. That’s a long move. You got family down there, or just sounded like a good place to go.

$260 for a wiper switch. That is so crazy.

I thought so too. I called around and anybody who had one in stock enroute was roughly the same amount of money. Kinda stuck though. I need wipers and a washer on the road. I almost put it in the ditch that night. Somebody cut me off outside of desmoines and I caught all their wheel spray and couldn't do anything about it. Then I stopped and got my wipers and washer to work, but not together. So next morning everything was cleared up, but the road was salted. So now I'm catching all the salt off the wheels. When the sun was on my windshield I couldn't see anything and I mean anything. Like, road was gone. Had to stick my head out the window and pull over to wash my windshield. That is the point I made the decision to just pay the money for the switch, vs waiting until I got home for the Amazon switch. A wreck is gonna cost more than a switch. Just sucks.

I’m originally from Miami,FL but had family that went up to ND for the oilfield and I eventually followed them up there in 2011.Going back to Miami was out of the question even though we love it down there but one can’t make a living.

I wouldn't buy anything off of Amazon regardless of the $ anyways. Go look around and most of the time you can find some place that has what your needing and just order direct from them.

I despise Amazon and all they stand for. However, you can't beat the convenience.

    Is convenience worth it?

You know what the worst part about owning an older truck is? The 20 years of people working on it before you that all thought they were electricians. I wish I had like 2 months just to strip this thing down and start over. Ugh
