Where is everyone #5

I did a little research last night on the 246C, it has a 22 gallon per minute flow, and the one I looked at has an extra 800 lb rear weight.
Just called a place about blowers, he said it needs 17 to 18 gpm, so that works.
It needs tires, they are worn out, so need tires and chains for it.
Seriously considering it, but haven't put my money where my mouth is yet.
