So the BOL stated Class 9...to me that makes it a moot point as far as your part in any of this. Sounds like he was on a fishing expedition.

 

Freightliner had an issue of water literally circulating in the lower front corner of the side glass that made it extremely difficult to see anything in the mirror. Your R mirror was like looking through shattered glass in the rain. There first fix was to add these "fins" that used adhesive to stick to the A-pillar to disrupt the airflow. They soon started using the blade you see now, copying what Volvo had been doing for years.

 

Yes, you are correct. The BOL clearly states the materials are Class-9 and the cases are clearly marked with Class-9 placards. He told me he did not know how to identify if the materials were bulk hazmat or non-bulk hazmat. I told him that with Class-9 placards they are bulk hazmat.

I feel like he was fishing as well.
