The little Deere was brought here to work, so work it shall.

It does have the quick disconnect bucket. Don't have any different loader attachments yet so haven't had a reason to take the bucket off, but the disconnect system is simple as pie to use. Frontier does have add ons, but there's also aftermarket products that work with it. In fact, the mechanical grapple I've got on the list to get in the future is aftermarket.

I think at some point this weekend I'm going to take the backhoe off and get to work with the box blade to smooth out some of the ground work I've been doing. Also need to get a few tons of gravel delivered so I can start fixing the worst parts of my driveway.

Changed out my wiper motor in February of last year. Did it again today....Chinese ####

Changed out my starter solenoid August of last year. Did it again today.....Chinese ####

Changed out my oil fill tube (cracked), first time in 17 years, with a Chinese model.... guess I better get another one for the shelf.

Good news is everything was in stock.

My 79 f150 and 72 cj5 I did. I rhino lined the whole jeep inside and our. The f150 I put an epoxy paint on the floors. There were enough holes that it just drained out by itself....lol.

You ever seen that black FLD that looks like some Halloween contraption? There’s pictures of it around here somewhere. That may have been what he did.

May I suggest one of these for driveway work. I used a box blade for a while and someone told me about these things.....night and day! Just put it down, let it float and drive. Amazing. Just a suggestion. What kinda process is it to get that backhoe off? Pretty quick or no? Definitely seems your getting your money's worth out of it. That's awesome.

Pretty sure frontier makes one too. Just my opinion. It's done great for my drive. Alot faster and less effort to maintain now. I can do like 10mph down my drive with it.

    Backhoe is easy peasy.

Drop the outriggers, put bucket on ground for three points of contact, pull two pins, lift the assembly with the outriggers a bit, drive forward, disconnect hydraulics.. Done.

Also have one of those blades on the list, but for now am going to do what I can with what I've already got.

Lol, yes. That thing is hideous. If I had a local truck or vocational truck. I would rhinoline that thing inside and out, all day.
I was gonna do it to this one, but I guess it can't be done. I talked to a guy about it and said no go. Since the material has to be built up, said I wouldn't be able to open or close my doors. With the old stuff it works great, because the gaps are so big.if he would have said he could do it......I'm not sure I could have followed through though. Not sure if I'm ready for that yet. The nice thing now vs before is, it comes in a ton of colors. Before it was just black and that was it.

I've never had a backhoe on one of my tractors, always wondered about them. Seems like your doing pretty good with it.
I understand about doing with what you got. You can't buy everything all at once. I totally get that.
