Little better pic... except my buddies in the way lol.
Think it's a 312 or 315, belongs to a freind of ours. Tracks were totally wore out so bad they couldn't keep them on. Buddy was going to scrap it..., my buddy Chad said OH NO man!! You get the parts and I'll put them in for the use of it occasionally. Sooooo it's just waiting on new parts, or newer parts. I think he is buying parts from Hurricane equipment off of a low hour parts machine. -
We haul big ### trailers day in and day out at 80k lbs and more.
Yet I cant seem to hook up to my new toy hauler for anything. Went to pick it up week before last and almost got stuck in the sand because the idiot kid I bought it from has it facing towards back of his grandparents property with the hitch over some softer ground. Of course his broke ### sold his pick up and fifth wheel hitch so he has no way to move it around.
So finally got back down there today and say screw it and called a tow truck to hook it and spin it around. Dude extends his bed all the way back with his hitch chained to the bed. He hooks it up and attempts to lift it off the legs and boom, he blows out the hyd cyl on the bed. I knew exact what happened and why because of being around a towing co for 10yrs in the past. He tucks his tail and leaves saying he's gonna fix it and come move it tomorrow.
Of course I dont have a 5th wheel hitch in my pick up, I can only think of 1 acquaintance that does, but he's 80mi from where the toy hauler is sitting, so I gotta see what he'd charge me.
Such a simple task has turned into a huge pita. -
