Still split till end of production 2010ish

Flc had a visible painted sheet metal in between. Fld still has post but smaller. 1991/92. Classic started about 95.

IH redesigned the cab to the i model in 2000. The one piece 9000 cab/sleeper came out toward the end of the 90's. The 9370 (separate cab and sleeper) went to the 9300 (one piece cab/sleeper), then the 9900 replaced the 9300 at some point. The 9400 came out in the mid/early 90's as Mr Mack stated. The cab and sleepers were separate when they first come out.

The 'Eagle' version was an interior package that went back at least to the 70s. Not all Binders are Eagles, but there didnt seem to be much difference between the standard and Eagle versions through the 2000s.
Mine is not but my dads is. I have the black dash gauges and my dad has the ivory gauges and extra cabinets around the top of the sleeper.

    Correct. 2000 was Y, 99 was X, 98 was W. . Then 2001 I believe went to 1, etc.

Yep, that's one of the things I remember hearing guys complain about. They went from two piece flat glass to one piece curved. They also lost the wings in the door windows.

That sounds sharp, got any pics?

This has got me doing some reading on IH and Navistar, interesting history on the company.

I do miss the wing window. The i cab came with both 1 piece and 2 piece windshields. I now wonder if that was an Eagle package thing too because my dad has the 1 piece and I have the 2 piece.
