Exactly, and if it wasn't a brake open single shot.....where was the follow up shot to neutralize the threat?

I think it's going to have alot to do with where you live and the case is tried these days. With the new activist judges....I wouldnt put anything past them.

 

The chances would be better if Slim left town.
