That is how they want to do it. It is not how my husband I hunted, nor is it how we taught our three boys. 1. Safety 2. Know where and what you are shooting at. 3.Fill the freezer first. If your tag came with horns figure out how to get them home.
My three and myself still shoot meat first, as does my grandson and all 5 of my granddaughters. I know the rack hunters, don't have much time for them, I have a family to feed.dwells40, shooter19802003, cke and 5 others Thank this. -

No Sir, Makes me nervous to buy on credit. I saved and scrimped for everything we have. It would make him angry when I would tell him how many weeks at would take to save up for "it". 4 things we bought on time a piece of land out side of Ironside, OR, land around Pendleton, OR A mercedes AMG S car that he put on the black credit card for my birthday before he died and his bottlenose jag. Land was paid off in 4 years, S car and Jag as soon as the bill arrived. He worked hard and put his ### on the line every time he left the house, he would never buy something, that cost that much money, without calling and asking, "Honey can I spend -------- on the AM EX. But rarely did I say no. The hell with the money, give me the man any day.Last edited: Mar 6, 2022

The age discrimination has fallen away over the last two years. Now it's "I don't care how old you are, can you do the job?" Cripes, where have your been sunny?! Most of my customers I have worked for many years and we are used to one another. They know it will be complete with no problems if they allow the space for me to do what I do.dwells40, shooter19802003, cke and 3 others Thank this.

Well, that's kind of the point. I've kept my hand in where I can to at least stay "aware" of the industry, but my last serious attempt at productive programming was 25 years ago. I've already forgotten most of what I'm now trying to remember and improve upon.

It sucks when you have to pay the bills first, and what you like doing you can't do. The problem was, I was good at most things I try to do, and deciding what of those things I'm going to do that pays the bills took priority. I stopped being bleeding edge tech 25 years ago when they considered me too old.
Did everything. Build hardware, network, program..kind of like old school driving..which I do too, mechanic, driving . Just not doing it as fast and often anymore.
