I may be a bit grey and a have a little crs. Wasn’t it like a year ago that all the big oil companies were groaning about having tankers sitting because they had no more storage, that they were also slowing production because of the same thing? So what happened to all that?

Honestly, I think a lot of this might be being driven by speculators and stock holders, vs an actual supply/demand problem. I have zero data or evidence, and know little to nothing about anything, but that's my opinion... which is worth slightly less than a fart in the wind.
