Well, my hats off there. Something I've never had the guys to try. I've butchered everything else at my place. However, for beef, I always call a guy. Shows up with a truck and does it all on the spot. My cuts, never come out looking like anything resembling an actual cut of meat.....lol.

No, each guage has a specific "address" and can only read date for that "address". Multiplexing is what it's called and saves hundreds of feet of wiring inside the truck.D.Tibbitt, DeereRunner97, CAXPT and 12 others Thank this.

If im right those guages can be moved around to anywhere in the dash, without doing anything to wires its s'posed to work.
