You’re gonna get in trouble

 

This just happened about 3 hours ago. They are trying to get the rock out of the trailer and get it upright. Owner is in his 20’s and has a lot of cowboy in him. At least he’s ok and unharmed. I feel bad for him, this is the truck him and his dad built together before his dad died…..

I agree, alot of conflicting info. I think its one of those areas where alot of folks hear alot of things and repeat them. However, when I took my concealed carry course in Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Idaho that bit was part of the legal portion of the course. However, we both know that the legal portion isn't very comprehensive. That was also like 10 years ago for colorado, prolly 7ish for Nevada same for the Utah, but it was an out of state permit with Nevada. The Idaho was prolly close to 4 or so now and it wasn't the enhanced course either....if that makes a difference. So, that being said, who knows. Maybe the law has changed since then. Alot of states have since gotten constitutional carry. So maybe the law is different now? It would be interesting to find out for sure. Let me do some digging while I'm sitting on my butt this weekend. See what I can come up with.

 

Yes, however in all of those instances the law states "self defense " pretty clearly. Not the defense of another random person. Especially if the person you just killed,.presented no harm to you personally. Because you defended another person not in your immediate family or on your property/person.

 

Now THAT brings back memories. It was my first car. Mine was blue, 6 cylinder 3 on the tree.
