Normal travel on I 30
Too much traffic and not enough road. Same for I 40 and I 20.

 

I think someone asked, "Okay, do you want idiot drivers and very little snow and ice, or do you want lots of snow and ice and sane drivers?" Some idiot stood up and said, "Oh, we don't like snow and ice." Lightening cracked and the angels sang, so here we are.

 

Redundancy is required, required.

 

Really starting to believe the hardest part of a four wheelers day is the five seconds they lose yielding to a truck while heading down an on ramp…

they go absolutely berserk anymore.

 

It's there for a reason. You know some tard had to screw it up and call out road service.....lol.

 

Can't let that darn truck impede their life in any capacity.

Today was a slow day. Stopped in Steele Missouri for the night. Took 11.......ish hours of driving to get here. Should have taken like 8ish. So many detours on 40 because of accidents....crazy. that stretch of 40 between 30 and 55 is nuts these days!

Hey @Lysdexis , you ever eat at that BBQ joint at the 183? The parking lot was packed. Couldn't get another truck in there. So I kept going. Took the levy road back to 40.

 

If you seen some of the people they hire, you would say, they need a little video screen on each trailer for hooking and unhooking

 

I don't even get over any more. They can use the shoulder. Because every time I got over to let one in, they inevitably left me out there and paced me on the right. So, I just don't do it anymore. The can use their right foot and get down the ramp.

 

Ohhh, I believe it. My buddy worked for YRC out of Chicago for awhile. Ohhhhh, the stories he would tell.
