    I spent alot of time in the timber listening to outlaws on eight track.

    When the man passed I had three kids sitting at the bar out back and we had a little tribute on the house speakers......he always said Bob Wills is still the king....well......I say Jessie was a saint...

    We don't eat steak out. The last place I paid for a steak was probably Las Vegas 20 years ago. It was at Emeril's restaurant.... it was a filet close to four inches thick.....dry aged for 30 days and you could cut it with a fork.

    We are kinda snobs when it comes to steaks.....a sixteen ounce ribeye is about eight bucks...I ain't paying someone a Jackson to screw it up.

    For the most part we don't either, but pulling up long grades at slow speed and high elevation can max out the cooling system pretty quick, even when it's not terribly hot.
