I'm still young, but man I sure miss my early and mid 20s. I turned 34 back in March.

You're setting a good pace if you are gonna stay in this business. Not very many 23 year olds running the road now days.

My youngest is starting the 10th grade next week. The other three have flown from the nest. But I guess we started early, I just turned 40 last week.

We did too. I turned 43 in July. My oldest is 24 with 2 boys of his own. My girl is the middle she is 20 and the quiet one. Our youngest would be 18. It was an adventure for sure

You're doing it right....All I can say is that I hope when The Book of Man by TripleSix goes to print that there is a supplemental section in the book like a restaurant guide.

I had big intentions of getting more done at the shop today....but instead I helped my daughter set up a desk in her room. Cheap flimsy particle board base fell apart like dominoes on us. She was pretty upset that she wasn't going to have a desk but then I remembered we have a stack of cinder blocks at the shop...problem solved.

Same here, only a couple years ahead of ya. I’m 46, my oldest boy is 25 with one kid, middle girl (the quiet one) just turned 24 last month, married, no kids, and my youngest boy is about to be 21, is married with 2 kids, good oilfield job, is about 4 inches taller and outweighs me by about 50 pounds.
