Well, that's not a bad place..I was going to say, if you needed, the place I would have directed you to was about 10 miles NE of where you were at, and 20 NE of that Wyoming Hole. It's a new place, not even sure if it's in the TS listings yet, so it's a lot cleaner and not surrounded by barbed wire like Wyoming..and the burgers at the joint are really good. Cie La Vie..depended on your next load location and how far you wanted to go. Apparently you figure to get loaded somewhere downriver or in Ohio.

Angel Flight will be here tomorrow at 0400, complete with RN, ending on the dirt landing strip at the house.

House is being tidied up now in case something slithered or did a 8 legged tap dance into the house. Groceries being restocked and everything being readied for Mom's homecoming.

7 of us will be driving back in a few hours, after a brief nap. Our job is to verify there is sweet tea made and in the refrigerator. Mom said it was of the utmost importance.

I think I see a light at the end of the tunnel Fuel and food eating up the money I have right now, but I've also been making payments toward my balance on getting my CDL. I was supposed to pay $3,000 back because I didn't meet the requirements for the Pell grant since it required taking the heavy equipment program with the CDL program and was in a bad relationship at the time and had to drop the heavy equipment class which made me ineligible. Well I called the school the other day to ask if they wouldn't send it to collection (they told me before that if I didn't have it paid off by July 1st of this year) that it would go into collections, so I called again to ask about it because I've been making payments weekly and they said I only owe $800. So I argued (okay didn't argue, but questioned it different times) only because I've had hospitals say I owe X amount and I pay it off and a year down the road I find it it went to collection because I owed X amount instead of what I was told. So if this keeps true to what I was told (and my account was only showing $800 before the payments I've been making) then I don't know how this worked out for me because this is like I said a $3,000 program, then I lucked out (more like was truly blessed). Just made another payment (more than half my paychecks) and now it shows I only owe $150 I'm so grateful! Soon I'll be able to start saving money. Granted I will need a few things for the job, but I'm so happy and just thankful

 

Old Ivy Corelle dishes Wish they still made dishes like those! They were pretty sturdy and the bowls weren't like what they have for bowls now. Is that a tuna and Mac sandwich?
