Yeah coil overs for the rear is probably next on the list as that opens up a little tire space. Then sort out the front. Aftermarket wheels would come after than so I can do a ctsv brake conversion.

Left is the cts rotor vs right being the stock gto one. LSA is way later on down the road, possibly just build an engine for it to go on as well.

I did swap out to the round truck coil, the ones with the heat sink on top. Supposed to produce the most spark of any stock coil. Had a cyl 2 coil fault code so I needed to change at least one any way. Figured I'd upgrade at the same time and gamble on some salvage yard coils. I'll know tomorrow if I do need to order some oem replacement for them but even if I have to some report a 9whp gain just from the high spark energy they produce vs the stock ones. If there's no gain then that's fine too.

Chop chop chop chop chop.... hahaha:D.

Spark... NGK V-power plugs and gap them a little wide. I gapped mine at .05 instead of .04, woke this LS7 motor up.

I'm waiting on brake hardware to arrive, got these sitting here waiting...

Looks good. I've also got a code for knock sensor circuit. Gotta find em or see if they can be tuned out all together.

The rear springs on these cars are prone to sagging, which mine are so they need to ve replaced before I can do new wheels and tires because I get rubbing on bumps as it is.

It could be that the AFM has been disabled. Some will do that so the fuel isn't cut back when it senses a possible knock. Personally, I disagree with the practice, those sensors are there to protect your engine.
