Update:
1 nurse hired that will work 6am to 6pm. She will be primary. 2nd nurse is 6pm to 6am, but it has been agreed that she will take vitals twice and monitor Mom with her cell phone App, from the house, while she studies for her PA classes.

We were wheeling Mom around the kitchen this morning while we were putting together brines for the pork butt and the briskets. And made a ton of rub for step two of the weekend low and slow.

Then she needed to take a nap.

 

Put on 50,140 pounds of white rice.
