If I actually want my handwriting to not look like it's been done by a hyperactive toddler, I have to
1) Write in cursive
or
2) Write in all uppercase like I'm putting entries in a logbook @tramm01 should know what I mean by that.JoeyJunk, jamespmack, Tug Toy and 12 others Thank this. -

Had a good week but with a rough start thrown in the mix. Got loaded in Houston last Thursday afternoon and drove home to spend the night. Hit the road last Friday afternoon and drove to Joplin Missouri and #### it down. When I woke up Saturday afternoon I was super sick. Hot and cold chills, body aches and after sleeping for 7 hours I was sick as heck. Started throwing up. Yuck. Fell back asleep and slept for 23 hours and woke up Sunday night feeling better but not great.
Sprang a leak in a trailer airbag on Monday afternoon and could not find anyone with an airbag on the shelf so I did what any good trucker would do and I lowered the ride height of the trailer by about ¾" which was just enough to cover the worn spot in the rubber on that airbag.
Finally got to my delivery location in Plattsburgh, NY on Wednesday morning. Grabbed my next load 11 miles south out of Peru, NY going to Pleasanton, TX which is on the deck now. It's a load of fresh cut trees going to a custom wood shop. Little heavy but pays good so I'll deal with it.
Interstate 81 southbound through Roanoke VA this evening and traffic is a bit heavy. Y'all be safe!Last edited: May 28, 2022

Age, sex or geographic location have nothing to do with good food. You should have more of a "willing to try" attitude and less of a eww, what is that?! Dropping below the Mason Dixon line, you never know what might show up on your plate. On second thought, it is not limited to the south. Scrapple and head cheese out of the east. Menudo out of the south west and other hispanic strong holds. There is a lot of really good food out there and as a truck driver, with some preplanning, you should be able to enjoy the bounty of this country.Brettj3876, jamespmack, CAXPT and 12 others Thank this.

Yes. That would be hung over the wood fire, filled with apples, sugar and spices and left to cook down most of the day. Usually done on the same day we would butcher a pig.JoeyJunk, Brettj3876, jamespmack and 11 others Thank this.
