Whats wrong with good grits, properly made, salt, pepper, butter and some shredded ham.
Good eats. Specially if you got fresh biscuits, crock cheese, biscuit ham, some eggs cooked up nice, then some nice sliced tomatoes. A dollop of molasses for biscuit dipping.
