Some how neither of us took picture of the ribs that sold-out fast.
Ribs, pulled pork, chicken, sausage, smoked mac and cheese. Sold 30 half racks, 13 pork butts, 40 pounds of chicken quarters and 40 plus pounds of mac and cheeze. Guess we were to busy for more pics. I'll try better next time.

 

Say what??

man, I am not a rocket scientist by any means and the label on the pkg said brisket. Even had the fat cap like a brisket as well as the fat seam between the muscles. If it was a rump, it was a dang good rump. Just peeves me off that they market it as such. (Costco)
