Awesome! Glad to get out of the BS associated with Milwaukee, Chicago, and IL in general. Seems like a nice little town. Droppin off these coils in Centrailia in the mornin.

 

Have to change your handle to Jeep Trail Dump Truck. It's fun. Although this afternoon coming up the hill after three trucks have been hauling for 3 days, rears in low and all locked up and 5 on the low side she was like one of those bull riding things in a western bar. O-o-k-I'm-r-rr-r-r-r-re-a-a-a-d-y-t-t-t-t-o-o-oo-b-b-b-e-do-o-o-o-n-n-n-n-e-e-e.

 

18 years for me this past January, but when I quit, food tasted better and was harder to resist. Trying to eat like a bird again.

 

November 26th it will be 13 years of not smoking compared to 38 years of smoking. 2 packs a day at the end. Quit cold turkey, tried everything else, it didn't work. Just said enough.

 

Decent $ there. Enough to keep a guy comfortably numb through the winter with a couple of big incidents. "Mechanic w/service truck" is a good gig. I haven't seen a rate list for this year, but last year it was $1,600/day base.

 

Love home made root beer. Easy on the bubbles, heavy on the root. Yum.

 

Oh I know the feeling lol, food got to tasting better for me too. There was a time I could step between the wall studs on a new construction and never touch them….

 

Great Wednesday mornin everybody.

I've got this going on. I'm assuming a liner o ring, but I'll have to drop the pan to find out. Not going out the overflow, so no compression in the cooling system

My engine doesn't use but a half gallon every 10k, so i don't pull the filler cap much. I've had a slow coolant leak at the water pump top fitting since i bought this, but since i replaced the radiator and CAC in early April i haven't had to add coolant.

Had to add a gallon 10 days ago in Coos Bay, but thought nothing of it with the small leak. Got home last Wednesday and noticed this when i added a half gallon.

Parts availabilty isn't looking good, and pricing has increased 50% since i last bought an overhaul a year and a half ago.

 

Says a lot about Mexico Missouri then.
