I agree…! Yes that’s what he was good at, using the flamethrower. The bridge just off I-64 at exit 18 here close to my place is named after him. The local VA was also named after him.

My wife got to chat with him quite a bit during a flight, he was a good guy and always worked towards the benefit of other Veterans.

He lived in Ona about 6 miles from me….

 

I vote for the one that ends up on the grill.

 

Just got back from my Granddaughters birthday party. When she was born she was 9 weeks early, I could cover her whole body with my hand. Hard to believe she is now 13 and full of life.

Tomorrow she will accomplish one of her dreams…… she will be baptized. Really proud of her……
