I only worked part time in highschool cleaning a slaughter house at night. Got to work kill floor and butcher room on weekends. I couldn't begin to explain how tolling that job can be on your body. We still shipped hanging halfs. Only one way to load them. Your the fork lift.

In reality I plan on teaching my daughter to handle this for herself. The women in my family have all but a few been strong willed ladies.
