Gang of 8 year olds just rolled past my house on scooters and bikes, blasting Willie Nelson from a Bluetooth speaker. My faith in the next generation has been restored.

Looks like a good time to take a nap while the miles roll by...

Hit the Hilltop instead of Loves. I got 8 tires left, but I'll be free in a bit. Only 4 miles from ya.

 

If we had time, I'd stop for a bit. We gotta get over to the other side of the state before curfew though.

Where did you mount your bike?

 

Gang of 8 year olds around here ought to be into lawn/pasture mowing and weed pulling, but they’re not— told them they could earn a little scratch and maybe have a sample of a buckskin if they swept out the shop, but they weren’t having any of it— my faith has not been restored
