As far as company jobs go tmc is probably pretty good, although some of their drivers get on my nerves when loading behind them and they block the warehouse to tarp in the loading bay rather then move outside.. But thats my own personal pet peeve. Check out SPD and Central oregon trucking company. System Transport as well out in washington.. System is a starter company but all the guys ive ran into running the pnw were top notch. Same as cotc and spd..never met a driver from any of those companies that was disrespectful or talked bad about their company. Cotc i never met a driver that claimed to make less than 75k if they were willing to answer that question. But those guys always talk about how hard they run so take that for whatever that is worth.
I usually judge a company at face value based on the drivers that work with them. If they pass the test thats when i would look further into the company to see what they offer pay wise, equipment etc.

Soak in a cold water with husk and add salt. 1 hour or more. On to grill, or fire. Brown/blacken one side give it a quarter turn. Brown again. Put it in your cooler. Cook the rest your food. Pull husk when ready to serve.
It's still good even on a gas grill. I just like wood fire. No worries. -
