@Lilbow has a less than complimentary story about the one in Menan, but they can be good. Another branch just opened in Blackfoot.

I'm pretty sure it was a one off deal, but a dozen guests at the party he was attending got pretty sick. The story goes that the owner forced one of his employees to work while he was sick with some virus (Nora virus or something like that), due to being short handed. You can guess the rest.

The owner came from Seattle and is quite a chef though.

So just by opening my hood I step in front of the steer tire, & crouch like a chinaman to reach the drain plug & oil filter from the passenger side. Also have a fumoto drain valve for an oil plug so makes it even easier..

Then step in front of the driver side steer tire to reach the fuel filter. I'm skinny enough I can roll on a creeper to grease the chassis also..

Alot of guys will run the steer tires up 8"-10" on a set of homemade ramps to gain extra clearance. Ramps I've seen are usually made of 2"×12" screwed together to make a ramp, kind of like a mini staircase.. Something like this..

ugh, now I am a little worried- not like I can just pullover anywhere

We are up by the scale - so could b if this place has a name. Mm 142

head to Shelby tomorrow- just us plus 5 towers and 2 other sets of blade - EACH with 30 minute spacing to satisfy MT - should be a cluster

One place I worked at all the trucks had that drain valve you thread a fitting into to open the check valve.

We crimped a quick coupler fitting to the end of the hose and hooked it up to the waste oil pump/tank in the service truck. It'd suck 40 litres of oil out of that pan in a minute or 2 without a single drop spilled or having to empty a drain pan out afterwards. Not a bad idea to take the oil cap off either to prevent too much vaccuum.
