Went in the bathroom one day to take a pee. Theres a line for the stalls like normal , im at the urinal doing my business. a older driver walks in and goes " i wait to get loaded, i wait in traffic, i wait to get fuel, and then i come inside to take a #### and got to wait for the god #### ####ter !" I about fell over laughing

Has about 25.5 little tons on it. According to what he told me the tow truck weighed we were in the neighborhood of 140k overall.Flint1, Crusader66, CAXPT and 7 others Thank this.

More stuff to add to the Cultural Diversity Kit

My guess is the truck is right at the limit on what the axles can carry by its self. The tag axle carries most of the weight of my steerFlint1, Crusader66, CAXPT and 8 others Thank this.

Looks a little odd to me. I don't normally see stuff like that out this way. Lift axles, tag axles and pusher axles are more or less illegal to run in this part of the world lol.Flint1, Crusader66, CAXPT and 7 others Thank this.

Yeah it was an odd setup for sure, may have been some kind of retrofit system to give the truck more capacity at one time.Crusader66, CAXPT, cke and 4 others Thank this.

There use to be 2 certainties, Death and taxes. In the 60’s there were three, taxes, Death and Trouble. Today, there are 4, taxes, Death, Trouble and the internal mud slide.
There’s nothing worse than trying to hold back a mud slide. After getting into wind and rig and crane moves, I went with the old 5 gallon bucket trick. Amazon made me throw away the duty bucket. https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Camping-Commode-Outdoor-Backpack
This thing is freaking fantastic. It’s the butterfly knife of mudslides catchers. Strong enough for power pushing and won’t bend or break even if you do the death grip during a mudslide.
