As of yesterday I didn't have anything else booked after I drop my load in Syracuse. Coming back and loading for jersey city Tues morning and doing the same round Wilkes-Barre to Tully again

Just doin stuff.

 

Loading Monday, 4 stops, final in Rome, NY. Have nothing out of the area. Not looking good either. Things have taken a turn for the less than good lately.

 

Like to find someone wanting / needing some 46,000 lb rears on Hendrickson leaf spring….

 

You coming into my area Lol. I'm 130 miles from rome. Flatbed stuff is outside my realm. NuCor in Chemung has stuff on the boards sometimes

I go up to the family dollar dc right next to old airplane bone yard quite a bit

I bounced home empty >5 hours the last 2 weeks. I did see a couple of loads, but they covered pretty much immediately. Even bad rates are being covered quickly. No matter how many times I tell myself to take the first thing that meets my rate, I'll still tend to wait for something better and as of late it doesn't happen.

This week I came home to a freshly infected wife, so not in a rush to head back out again before I'm sure she's ok and find out if I'm going to catch it or not. Hate being sick on the road and would rather not ruin resale by dying in my truck.

 

This may be a sign of the times- I need triplex aluminum electrical service entrance wire to hook up one of my buildings. Local supply house- nope. The Depot- nope. Ziggys- nope. Electrical supply in Lewiston- nope. Seems to be very hard to get and if you can find it 3x $ I paid per foot 2 years ago.
