Went for a boat ride today on the Ohio…..

 

Nice Petercar pulling a grain wagon is now my neighbor. I'm glad he has a decent taste in music because hot #### is he rocking out with the volume on 11.

A lot better actually. Her knee is going much better and her bossy attitude is keen as ever lol….

 

Wow, some cool old iron in that shop…!!

 

Some nice engines there! If I get the chance to go to Johnny’s Hootenanny this year, and I plan on it, I’ll get some pics of Big Patty. She’s a 100 hp Patten Bros flywheel engine…..

 

Its the restoration shop for the museum. I'm going back next weekend again. Didn't have time to check everything out.

Gas saw and a cast bulldog on the front of a traction engine boiler.

 

Those are referred to as log saws. Guy use to bring a smaller one to our show before his health declined. Yea that Avery was a common name moons ago….
