Love that pattern. Coming heavy out of the pit was deep reduction 2,3,4,5 split back to low side and go back to 4th, up to 5th then go the high side. Those old transmissions just fell into gear.

 

try an old school 5x4
mine in '75 was standard 5 and reverse 3-4 on the aux

 

Did you hear a pop? Or did you just notice it leaning to that side or tracking left?

Next time I’ll ask you before I go. Took the 219 from I64 up to Marlinton........ I sure as crap wasn’t running back south on that road loaded. That 180 right before Buckeye was a doozy...

They have those grades marked at 9%

The wood chip boys told me about the 39 to the 92.... was a no brained after looking at the Atlas and running the route in google maps...



Made the best of an otherwise uneventful trip though...

Well... there’s your problem!!!!! So I figured I grab me some breakfast. Wrecker and forklift set up for 10am. Buddy is bringing up an empty trailer in the morning to reload the product on. I’ll go deliver the product Friday morning then come back and havem stack the trailer on the empty and head to the barn. So much for what’s left of my 70 this week?

I guess that’s trucking?
