I’m home in Louisiana finally some real food. Instead of biscuits and gravy.. back to these mean acting New Orleans people.. come to think of it they are really nice people. They are straight forward though.

Well, I learned something new today: the Boy Scout are selling cookies. I literally had no idea.

 

Glad your granddaughter is unharmed and has good people around. That's tough for anyone, especially a kid.

Yeap. The internet is a big thing that's causing problems with the social development of a lot of young people.

I know a young lady whose social life is #### near 100% internet oriented and she's constantly going through some sort of unpleasant drama with people. Kind of what happens when your interactive space is dominated by a medium where there's little keeping individuals from being a piece of garbage, on top of virtually no consequences for being awful. She doesn't seem to have the social skills that allow a person to weed out the questionable, and she's way too trusting.

 

So much coolness.

We're probably gonna go cruise the big town of Van Wert tonight.

We had lots of fist fights, but hell even that's different. My kids say you don't want to be in a fight now cause the other side will gang up and try to beat you to death.

You probably had similar experience as me. When we got in a fight you just went until one or the other gave up or couldn't stand no more. Then when we were questioned we'd both claim the blame for starting it cause that meant a longer vacation .

 

Lol! I was the runty little teachers pet that figured out early on that holding off didn't work. I didn't win many but bloody faces on both sides settled things down for sure.
