Back in my bar hopping days, we only had a Dennys in town open 24/7. Get smashed and go to Dennys. I was finishing my coffee and a cigarette butt floated up. I dont smoke either. Never went back. Side note, kept going out partying and didn't have the sick puking hangovers anymore. Whole group of us decided the food was making everyone sick, not the night of drinking.

Drunk food. For me, it was Taco Bell. Get wasted and pound down the cat food and tortillas. First time I went to Nawlins, my brother and I went with $150 each. That paid for gas, motel, beer and tacos for a week in the French quarter. Motel was so nasty that we had to put shoes on to walk on the carpets. I guess I was about as stupid as a kid could be.

My younger bother lived in Sidell for a few years. Know what you mean. We did have a 24/7 Hardee's. Greasy Monster burger and extra napkins.

Well, after a few weeks of some okay loads, really good loads and a couple of crap loads I decided to park my 53' step deck for a couple of months and I went out and picked up a 2013 Great Dane 48x102 combo flatbed. I haven't pulled a flatbed full time in several years so I'm gonna give it a run and see how I can do.
On a side note I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Safe travels.pete781693, Brettj3876, D.Tibbitt and 15 others Thank this. -

Congratulations on the new wagon sir.!

Funny, as of recent I too have pondered parking the step & try'n my hand with a skateboard. Never pulled one, but spot market availability looks better in my areas..
Unfortunately, I don't have the cash on hand to run out & purchase a nice highboy. Yet not a fan of financing, & unwilling to part with my stepdeck leaves me to ride it out for now..
Interested to see if you feel it's a wash revenue wise, or better. Can only assume you'll do better having more opportunities? Hope she treats you well, & fatten's the billfold!!
