It seems like every piece of available land here they're putting up new warehouses left and right

 

I only did 1.5 years of door swinging freight, but that is happening in every metro area I traveled to. I wondered if the JIT experiment failed and companies realized they can't predict breakdowns, weather or stupidity and have decided they need warehouse capacity to ensure quality service versus using trucks?

 

At least around i see more containers stacked up than vans at these warehouses. Need a place to store all the imports
