Made some slow cooked pork today. Will be used for enchiladas tomorrow. The broth will be the base for a nice mole sauce.

Uncle Herman and I use to carry the extra drill steel around the rig when the lazy Susan was empty. 4 1/2” x 20’. Roughly 500 lbs per joint. The custom drill steel we had built for the I-R T4 drill was 10” diameter and 25’ long with Beco threads… 1 thread per inch. They weighed 2400 lbs each. Sure ain’t work for the pencil pusher type….:)

That's funny, now I'm feeling like a rube :oops:cause I've also had the burnt ends at Sapp Bros, albeit Percival, IA location & liked them..

    This was 7/15/21

Now they weren't bbq joint good, but good enough I'd order em again.. Maybe the cook has something to do with it, but I'll skip the SLC burnt ends based on your recommendation.! Lol :)

But I'm with Jim, when done right on a real bbq delicious..

Lol, who knows, maybe mine were burntier and endier than they're supposed to be? You know when food it so salty it just kind of hurts and burns your mouth? That's how mine was. It was a few years back, and I'm a picky sob, so don't let my food critique sway you from a hot meal in SLC lol.
