Those two week breaks sure are nice. It’s amazing what a couple weeks away from the truck can do for patience and morale.

I love mine the Coney way, with mustard and pepper.

 

I do the same, but like when i was in the truck, I keep a 3 liter open mouth bottle bedpan nearby.
I know, TMI. Have to, with the CPAP.

 

A little wet today but the cows still have to eat.

 

The ones we made, were pork with a poblano mole sauce.
