    Volunteering for a catheter…sounds pleasurable.

I’m old now. I like a king bed. I like hot food that has to be eaten with a fork. I like a bathroom and a shower. A driver friend of mine did the HokaHey back in the summer of 2020. They had trackers on the bikes. Had never even heard of it until then. The first day, they started in Panama City Florida and zigzagged all the way to a spot southwest of VanHornTEXAS before stopping to sleep. In the summer…

I can deal with the cold. Can’t deal with the summer heat.

I agree on the heat. I'm mainly a solo rider. I agree on good food. It's a must. However I usually camp. I have some really small camping gear, I generally carry firewood to at least start a fire. My bike has awesome side bags.
I'm resurrecting a 1983 honda vf750f interceptor for my son to ride. He's intending to come along.
Last 2 years most of my riding has been on my enduro, on dirt and forestry roads. I put about 3000km on my '78 honda XL250 last year.

That's sweet. I've been wanting to get one for my 308. The barrel is already threaded for a muzzle brake when I bought it. A small child could shoot it with how little recoil it has Lol

I'm seeing some damage on the passenger side. Ripped half fender, missing mudflap and damaged tires. Did he get sideswiped and forced up on the barrier?

Even when riding with someone else, I am still alone. A niece has expressed interest in motorcycles a couple days ago. She asked me if I could teach her. I didn’t respond.

She contacted me a week ago because she just turned 21, and wanted me to go with her to a pool hall. We agreed on 2 pm yesterday. Saturday night, she wants to meet later because ‘something came up.’
There’s 2 things that American women are going to do:
    1. Be late.
    2. Change plans.
    Be late, I don’t wait.
Change plans and I cancel. We sure as hell aren’t going to talk motorcycles. Or fitness. Or business. Or anything important. I wish her luck. But if she wants whatever, she will have to figure out whatever on her own.

I have heated gear, but can't find it at the moment. Lost track of it when I started OTR after retirement, but when I was riding when at home, I used it all the time. Even with the heated gear (shirt and pants) I sugget you still wear leather pants, as the chaps don't do anything to help other than where they cover. Nothing like trying to urinate with frostbitten, what did Harry call it? :) Todger?
