I'm guessing aluminum. Probably X 2 straps of top. I would add a trip chain/strap. But I have never hauled something that ugly.

Yeah aluminum. Most of the ones that come here, probably from a different shipper are shotgun or suicide

 

Never hauled any that tall, but the ones I did haul I put a short timber on each side about 10” from the edge, and used heavy edge protectors under the strap….

 

Using 2 heavy 4x4 side to side with the strap on top, and edge protector on each end of timber’s will hold it too. Just don’t get brake checked lol….

 

4 straps over each coil plus a trip straps around the front of each one.
